PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a color that is to be output by a device to approach a targeted color and to prevent an input value as a color value to be corrected and a correction value from being greatly different.SOLUTION: A color processing apparatus includes: an input value acquiring unit 11 that acquires an input value as a color value to be corrected; a parameter generating unit 12 that generates a parameter that sets a possible range of a corrected value obtained by correcting the input value; a targeted-color-base-data acquiring unit 13 that acquires a targeted-color base data as data representing a targeted color for use in color correction; a targeted color predicting unit 14 that predicts a target value corresponding to the input value on the basis of the targeted-color base data; a device-color-base-data acquiring unit 15 that acquires device-color base data as data representing a device output color which is subjected to color correction; and a corrected value predicting unit 16 that acquires a corrected value corresponding to the target value in a range set by the parameter on the basis of the target value and the device-color base data.
