PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power receiving apparatus which can improve transmission efficiency and can appropriately minimize reduction in transmission efficiency due to, for example, positional deviation of each coil, and to provide a non-contact power transmission device including the power receiving apparatus.SOLUTION: A non-contact power transmission device 10 includs a ground side apparatus 11 and a vehicle side apparatus 21. The ground side apparatus 11 is provided with a high frequency power supply 12, and a transmitter 13 receiving high frequency power from the high frequency power supply 12. The vehicle side apparatus 21 is provided with a power receiver 23 which can receive high frequency power, in noncontact, from the transmitter 13, and a load 22 to which the high frequency power received by the power receiver 23 is inputted. The vehicle side apparatus 21 is provided with a secondary impedance conversion group G2 for converting the impedance so that the impedance from the output end of the power receiver 23 to the load 22 approaches a specific resistance Rout. |
