PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fracture prevention system that can precisely prevent bone fracture in stem insertion to a human bone, without depending on experience and sense of a practitioner.SOLUTION: A fracture prevention system in stem insertion to a human bone includes: a directional microphone for collecting a sound generated in stem driving during artificial hip replacement arthroplasty; means for finding a frequency spectrum of the generated sound collected by the directional microphone; processing means for finding a formant frequency from the found frequency spectrum; memory means for overwriting and storing the found formant frequency; and alarm display means for issuing an alarm on the basis of a control signal of the processing means. The processing means compares the found formant frequency with the formant frequency stored in the memory means, and overwrites it in the memory means if both formant frequency are the same. Also, the processing means performs stepping of a counter value, and makes the alarm display means display warning when the counter value reaches a predetermined number. |
