PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel for which a patterning process can be simplified and a light emission property can be improved equally with respect to three colors of red, green and blue, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An organic EL panel 1 comprises: a display screen in which divisions for each pixel are set by a red light emitting pixel 17; a green light emitting pixel 18; and a blue light emitting pixel 19. In the division of the red light emitting pixel 17 and the division of the green light emitting pixel 18, an organic light emitting layer 8 for a red and green mixed color is provided and in any one of upper and lower layers of the organic light emitting layer 8 for the red and green mixed color and in the division of the blue light emitting pixel 19, an organic light emitting layer 9 for only blue is provided. A color filter is provided at least in the division of any one of the red light emitting pixel 17, the green light emitting pixel 18 and the blue light emitting pixel 19. The color filter is formed from a red color filter 14 disposed in the division of the red light emitting pixel 17 and a green color filter 15 disposed in the division of the green light emitting pixel 18. |
