The present invention relates to an oil sensor and a method to manufacture an oil sensor comprising: an electrode formed as a predetermined area on a substrate; a sensing part to adsorb and desorb impurities inside the oil generated by deterioration of the oil on the electrode; and a functional sensitive film formed by acid-treating and post-processing the sensing part. According to the present invention, the oil sensor comprises: an electrode having a predetermined area on a substrate; a sensing part to detect changes in the electrical conductivity in accordance to the properties of adsorbing and desorbing impurities inside the oil generated by deterioration of the oil on the electrode; and a functional sensing film to apply selectivity in accordance to the polarity of the impurities of the oil sensor by acid-treating and post-processing the sensing part.
