The present invention relates to a semiconductor light emitting device which includes an insulating separation layer for separating light emitting areas, exhibits an excellent current distribution effect, and has enhanced brightness properties. The semiconductor light emitting device includes the separation layer for separating light emitting areas, and thus can improve uniformity of density in effective currents. Moreover, the semiconductor light emitting device has an excellent effect of distributing currents. Therefore, light efficiency can be increased. |
