<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel semiconductor device which can supply storage circuits with a signal for which the occurrence of delay is suppressed, thereby enabling the load applied to a logic circuit to be reduced.SOLUTION: Storage circuits to which a plurality of data signals and a selection signal are supplied have a configuration of connecting two combination circuits. Further, the storage circuits are provided with a function of selecting one out of the plurality of data signals according to the selection signal. It is not necessary to provide a selection circuit between the storage circuits and combination circuits. As a result, one of the combination circuits can supply the storage circuits with the signal for which the occurrence of delay is suppressed.</p> |
