The device has a holding device (10) arranged to transmit power to a sliding surface (9). A set of contact elements (11) is formed on the sliding surface, where Mohs hardness of the elements is greater than 4. Another set of contact elements (12) is arranged in the holding device to transmit power to the sliding surface, and has electrical conductivity 30 x 106 S/m.
