<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selecting a sinterability influence factor, capable of simply selecting whether or not a trace element in a metal powder for conductive paste influences on sinterability of the metal powder.SOLUTION: A method for selecting a sinterability influence factor comprises: forming a film 12 of metal constituting a metal powder 14 on each of two glass plates 11a and 11b; depositing a predetermined metal element X being a target to be selected on the metal films 12 of the two glass plates 11a and 11b; superimposing the surfaces of the metal films to form a test sample 15 after the metal powder 14 is sprinkled on both or one of the metal films 12 of the two glass plates 11a and 11b; heat-treating the test sample 15 while increasing temperature; and checking a fusion starting temperature at which the two glass plates 11a and 11b in the test sample 15 begin to be fused.</p> |
