The present invention relates to a pretreatment method of pig large intestines and to pig large intestines using the same. The pretreatment method of pig large intestines in the present invention can effectively remove odor generated form the pig large intestines. According to the pretreatment method of pig large intestines, rich flavor can be provided due to removal of odor, and thus consumption of pig large intestines can be promoted. Therefore, profit of pig raising farm and restaurant business related to pig large intestines can be increased.
