The layered type vertical axis wind power generator according to the present invention comprises: a generation part including a generator coupled to the top of a steel pole and a rotary shaft vertically installed on the upper side of the generator; a first and a second rotary plate positioned on the top of the rotary shaft and the bottom of the generator respectively; first and second blade holders arranged to be radially positioned by having one ends coupled to the first and the second rotary plate respectively, and having front ends with through-holes; first and second blades coupled to be fixed by having one ends inserted into the through-holes formed in the first and the second blade holders, wherein the first and the second blades have free ends alternately positioned to face oppositely, and all of the first and the second blades are arranged to be positioned between the first and the second rotary plates.</p>
