Provided are: a medical adhesive sheet which has excellent flexibility, handling properties, etc. while maintaining favorable moisture permeability and water resistance; and an effective method for producing such a medical adhesive sheet. The present invention is a medical adhesive sheet, etc. which sequentially comprises an urethane substrate, an interlayer adhesive layer, an olefin nonwoven fabric and an adhesive layer for application and which has a moisture permeability amount of 2000 g/(m2∙24 Hrs) or more, wherein the urethane substrate has a thickness in the range of 1-10 μm, the interlayer adhesive layer has a thickness in the range of 5-30 μm, the olefin nonwoven fabric is composed of a polypropylene-based thermoplastic elastomer and has a maximum point rate of extension in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction of 200% or more, and the adhesive layer for application has a thickness in the range of 5-45 μm. |
