<p>Disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is an image acquisition method, comprising: determining a photographing area in a view-finding boundary after a photographing mode is initiated; acquiring the location area of a photographed object in the view-finding boundary; and when the location area is within the photographing area, automatically starting photographing. Further provided in the embodiment of the invention is an image acquisition device. In the embodiment of the present invention, an ideal photographing area is determined at first, and then, the location area of the photographed object is determined; when the location area is within the photographing area, the object is photographed, otherwise, the photographed object is prompted to move in order to adjust the location area of the photographed object; and photographing is not automatically triggered until the location area is within the photographing area; thus the integrity of the photographing-resulting images is ensured, and further, the photographing efficiency and the satisfaction of users are both improved.</p> |
