PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core shell type particle for a column in which resistance to pressure, theoretical plate number and degree of peak symmetry are improved, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: A core shell type particle for a column includes a parent particle and a plurality of child particles adhered on an outside of the parent particle. A manufacturing method of the core shell type particle for a column having the parent particle and the plurality of child particles adhered on the outside of the parent particle, includes the steps of: adsorbing polyelectrolyte to the outside of the parent particle which has a functional group, and adsorbing the child particles to the outside of the polyelectrolyte. |
