<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control power supply to a plurality of circuits according to the use state and the like of the circuits.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device is configured so as to monitor an access state or standby state in a cache memory and input/output interface by an address monitoring circuit and perform power gating according to the access state or standby state. The address monitoring circuit periodically obtains either an address signal between a signal processing circuit and the cache memory or an address signal between the signal processing circuit and input/output interface, and performs monitoring. Further, the semiconductor device is configured so as to perform power gating to a circuit being in a standby state when either one of the cache memory and input/output interface is in a standby state and the other is in an access state.</p> |
