A solenoid valve assembly of a damper varying damping force and an assembling method thereof are provided to facilitate assembly of the solenoid valve assembly as an outer coupling part fixes a bobbin housing and a valve housing when adjusting the direction of a power line. A solenoid valve assembly of a damper varying damping force comprises a valve housing(21), an inner assembly(23), a bobbin housing(22), and an outer coupling part(27). The valve housing is fixed at one side of a damper(10). The inner assembly is composed of a variable flow path(231) and a solenoid operation part. The inner assembly is accepted into the valve housing and is fixed. In the bobbin housing, a bobbin connected to a power line(25) to operate the solenoid operation part is built. The inner circumference of the bobbin housing is overlapped on the outer circumference of the valve housing. The outer coupling part fixes the bobbin housing and the valve housing when adjusting the direction of the power line.
