The purpose of the present invention is to provide a ginsenoside composition which is capable of exerting a specifically high efficacy against various symptoms and diseases including unidentified clinical syndrome. The ginsenoside composition that comprises three ginsenoside components, i.e., Rb1, Rg3(S) and Rg2(S) as essential components and satisfies the following three requirements, on the basis of the solid content of the composition: (requirement 1) the content of Rb1 being 7.3 mg/g or greater; (requirement 2) the ratio of the content of Rb1 to the content of Rg3(S) [Rb1/Rg3(S)] being 1.2-3.7; and (requirement 3) the ratio of the content of Rg3(S) to the content of Rg2(S) [Rg3(S)/Rg2(S)] being 1.7-4.4.
