摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve vibration suppression in a current leading method by a control system by magnetic pole position estimation on a synchronous motor including a permanent magnet as a field magnet source without reference to magnetic characteristics of a rotor.SOLUTION: In a speed/phase estimation part 4, a motional electromotive force operation part 17 computes motional electromotive forces eand efrom current detection values iand iand current differential values pi' and pi' in a zero-vector period, and estimates a speed and a phase. A vibration suppression control part 6 finds a correction frequency command ωfrom a current detection value iof a δ axis and a frequency command ωoutput from the speed/phase estimation part 4. A rotating coordinate conversion part 7 converts current detection values i, i, and iof three phases into i, iof two orthogonal axes according to a leading-in phase &thetas;c obtained by integrating the correction frequency command ω. Current control based upon deviations between d- and q-axial current values i, i, and d- and q-axial current commands iand iis performed, so as to find d- and q-axial voltages vand vand then to find voltage command values V, V, and Vof the three phases through inverse rotating coordinate conversion by the leading-in phase &thetas;c.
