The intelligent lamp has a light regulating unit (2) that is provided with a microcontroller and a pulse width modulation (PWM) unit to respectively receive two illuminance of a light source (3). The microcontroller compares first illuminance with a preset illuminance to form a difference value, and transfers difference value as a command for PWM unit. The PWM unit forms third illuminance of a light projection region (5) by increase or reduction of first illuminance according to command received from microcontroller.
