The present invention relates to a system and a method of providing sightseeing information using a quick response (QR) code, and more specifically, to a system and method of providing sightseeing information using a QR code which help tourists who are not accustomed to corresponding areas enjoy sightseeing without a guide by allowing a mobile device to decrypt information included in the QR code attached to a sign board installed on a tourist site and to send the decrypted result to an information providing server, allowing the information providing server to provide sightseeing routes of the corresponding tourist site to the mobile device, and allowing the mobile device to guide the tourists according to the provided sightseeing routes. According to the present invention, sightseeing routes are provided to the mobile device of the tourists by using the QR code, such that the tourists who are not accustomed to the corresponding area can enjoy sightseeing without guides. |
