摘要 The present invention provides stretchable and compressible or selectively printed semiconductor and electronic circuits which represent excellent performance even in deformation processes such as stretching, compressing, or bending processes. Stretchable and compressible semiconductor and electronic circuits according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention in some products have flexibility besides elasticity, thereby implementing various deformations such as stretching processes along at least one axis, bending processes, etc. Also, stretchable and compressible semiconductor and electronic circuits according to the present invention can be applied to a device configuration of various ranges such as totally flexible electronic devices and opto-electronic devices.
