<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid CNT (carbon nanotube) dispersion medium which is easily prepared since only one cationic polymer is used, which can be inexpensively prepared by reducing an amount of the cationic polymer or the like, and which has excellent dispersibility of CNT, and to provide a CNT dispersion liquid using the above CNT dispersion medium.SOLUTION: The CNT dispersion medium consists of an aqueous solution comprising: a diallylamine-based cationic polymer having a molecular weight of 100000 to 300000; 30 to 45 parts by mass of a nonionic surfactant with respect to 100 parts by mass of the above cationic polymer; and 5 to 12 parts by mass of an anionic surfactant. The CNT dispersion liquid is prepared by dispersing CNT in the above CNT dispersion medium.</p> |
