The invention relates to an integrated electricity generation and smart lighting system which is arranged next to a building, the roof of said system partially covering the façade, including: a primary structural supporting assembly (1) consisting of pillars or columns (1.1) for anchoring to the ground; a roof (1.2) mounted on said pillars or columns (1.1); photovoltaic panels (2) for generating electromotive force using solar power, which are fully integrated and coupled with a substructure; and an integrated smart lighting system and a smart maintenance system, which enables panels to be washed and replaced automatically. The result is a system which achieves photovoltaic production of solar power, lighting a space as well as providing a protective eave against solar radiation, and is arranged next to a building, without taking up extra land, and without being limited by the structural strength of the roof of the building onto which the system is arranged. |
