<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner dispensing with the refrigerant distribution between right and left heat exchangers and having high heat exchange efficiency, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner constituted by interconnecting the plurality of outdoor heat exchangers to form an integrated type. <P>SOLUTION: The outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes: a casing having air suction ports formed on the peripheral face and two air blowout ports juxtaposed on the upper face; fans arranged in the air blowout ports, respectively sucking air from the air suction ports and blowing out air from the air blowout ports; the heat exchangers installed within the casing to surround the respective air suction ports to form an approximately U-shape in plan view; and a refrigerant cycle installed within the casing and connected to the heat exchangers to circulate a refrigerant. A connecting portion of each of the heat exchangers to the refrigerant cycle is provided at an end of each of the heat exchangers nearer to the other heat exchanger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
