According to the present invention, an underlining ruler using a laser beam includes: a main body with a supporting unit which is in close contact with the ground; and an underline forming unit installed on the main body with a predetermined space in between, and used to form at least one underline using a laser beam. The underlining ruler according to the present invention can form an underline on various areas including the ground. |
