The present invention relates to a technology to recycle items on an entry basis in an online game. The method for recycling entry-type items according to the present invention includes: determining, as winning items, a part of selected candidate items that are received during a certain period and determining an item recycling policy that is applied to change the determined winning items to new items, by an item recycling server; collecting candidate items received during the certain period by the item recycling server, in response to a request from a user who wants to recycle items; displaying statistics on the candidate items received for each of the new items during the certain period, by the item recycling server; and determining the winning item among the candidate items by the item recycling server if the certain period expires, and providing the new item to a user who has the determined winning item. According to the present invention, it is possible to dynamically adjust the value of an item by allowing an item, which is not used, to be utilized. |
