PURPOSE: A method and a device for processing auto-focusing information displaying AF success or failure and a digital photographing device thereof are provided to perform exact focusing considering each AF value by providing subject AF window and background AF window when an edge component of a background is stronger than a edge component of a center subject. CONSTITUTION: An AF(Auto Focus) window providing unit(73) provides each of AF window about a subject and a background. An AF performing unit(74) performs AF about the AF window for the subject and the AF window for the background. A control unit(71) compares the AF value photographed from the AF performing unit with AF value of the background. When the AF value of the subject and AF value of the background are similar, the control unit displays a failure of AF. |
