The present invention relates to an environmental pollutant outflow blocking system comprising: a first water gate unit which is installed in a rainwater path and selectively blocks the flow of rainwater flowing through the rainwater path; and a control part connected to the first water gate unit to control the first first water gate unit, and having a switch to block the flow of rainwater by operating the first water gate unit by operation of a manager when a pollutant flows into the rainwater path. According to the present invention, the environmental pollutant outflow blocking system comprises: a water gate installed in the rainwater path to block flow of the pollutant inside the rainwater path; and a collecting tank installed to store pollutants. The environmental pollutant outflow blocking system has the advantage of fundamentally blocking nonpoint pollutants generated in various workplaces from flowing to the river or the sea as a pump transfers and processes the pollutants stored in the collecting tank to a waste water disposal plant or a disposal facility. |
