The present invention relates to a device for collecting sludge created during cutting of a floating and submerged structure. An outer cylinder (10) is formed by a pair of outer half cylinders (10a, 10b), is formed to surround the outside of a floating and submerged structure (110), such as a bridge pier, while maintaining a predetermined distance between the floating and submerged structure (110), and the inner cylinder (20) has a pair of inner half cylinders (20a, 20b) which surround the outer circumferential surface of the floating and submerged structure (110). A floor plate (30) connects the lower end portion of the inner cylinder (20) and the lower end portion of the outer cylinder (10) with each other and has a pair of half floor plates (30a, 30b). Multiple supporting rods (40) are attached between the inner cylinder (20) and the outer cylinder (10) to support the inner cylinder (20) and the outer cylinder (10). An inner cover (50) covers the upper end portion of the inner cylinder (20) to collect sludge falling from the floating and submerged structure (110) onto the floor plate (30) in order to block the sludge generated during the cutting of the floating and the submerged structure with the cylindrical structure, thereby preventing contamination of a catchment area by preventing the sludge from flowing into the catchment area. |
