A device for recognizing a barcode location of a sewing machine automatically and a method thereof are provided to sew a material after recognizing a barcode located on an original point automatically which is predetermined with an electrical controlling sewing machine. A method for recognizing a barcode location of a sewing machine automatically comprises the following steps of: cancelling a state for preparing the sewing machine to execute an original mode of a barcode by using a control unit of the sewing machine(S110); moving a coordinate of an barcode original point according to a direction key signal(S120,S130); setting up and inputting a designated mode number of the barcode(S150); and terminating a process or setting up other number(S160). |
