The present invention relates to a technology which can more accurately detect a location or a moving path of an electronic ankle wearer using a probationer smartphone and a DGPS signal. For the purpose, the present invention includes: a probationer smartphone for calculating own location information based on an NMEA signal which is received after transmitting received DGPS correction data and transmitting the location information whenever a predetermined time is reached; a central control center for giving a warning when a probationer is determined to be out of predetermined restricted area based on the location information received from the probationer smartphone; a base station for measuring a location of the probationer smartphone using a GPS signal transmitted from a GPS satellite at a reference point, comparing the measured location information and already known location information, generating the DGPS correction data based on the compared result, and transmitting the correction data to the probationer smartphone; and a probationer electronic ankle for converting the DGPS correction data received from the probationer smartphone into an NMEA signal, which is a standard protocol which can be used by the probationer smartphone, and transmitting the NMEA signal to the smartphone. |
