The present invention includes an upper rotary structure for mounting a solar cell module, a lower floating structure which floats the upper rotary structure, a center shaft which connects the upper rotary structure and the lower floating structure, a rotary unit which rotates the upper rotary structure, and a moorage unit which reduces the yaw phenomenon of the lower floating structure. When the upper rotary structure rotates to track the sun, pins are installed to the lower part of the lower floating structure to increase resistance to water to prevent the lower floating structure from rotating together. |
