METHOD FOR FABRICATING POROUS HYDROGEN PERMEABLE MEMBRANE

Provided is a method for manufacturing a porous hydrogen permeable membrane, by forming a sol solution containing aluminum alkoxide, metal salt, and a surfactant which is a non-ionic polymer. By gelling and drying the sol solution, porous alumina powder doped with metal oxides can be formed. After adding metallic nickel to the alumina powder and milling the same, a mechanical alloying is performed. The alumina powder performed with the mechanical alloying is sintered to form an alumina-metallic nickel composite membrane doped with metal oxides.
