The present invention relates to a multipurpose water surface cleaning vessel for treating contaminated water, which is contaminated by green or red algae and an oil leakage, or deposits. The water surface cleaning vessel includes a contaminated-water receiving unit receiving contaminated water containing oil, green or red algal blooms, or contaminated-water containing green or red algae and oil, or deposits; a contaminated-water pump pumping the contaminated water through a contaminated-water receiving unit; an in-line mixer mixing the contaminated water supplied through the contaminated-water pump; a medicine input unit inputting medicines for purifying the contaminated water to the inside of the in-line mixer; an electric cell electrically coagulating foreign materials contained in the contaminated water and oxidizing and reducing the contaminated water; a floating-separating tank purifying the contaminated water processed by the electrical cell through a chemical reaction while restraining the contaminated for a predetermined time and obtain the water of a high quality by separating the minute particles contained in the contaminated water to float the separated particles on the upper part of the floating-separating tank; a floating matter skimmer removing the floating matters of the minute particles floating on the upper part of the floating-separating tank; a belt filtering device filtering the floating matters of the particles removed by the floating matter skimmer out from water and processing the floating matters to be a sludge form; an oil transferring pump pumping oil positioned on the upper part of the floating-separating tank due to the difference in specific gravity and discharging the oil to an oil outlet; and a control unit processing the contaminated water by an inputted programmable logic controller (PLC). |
