The hydraulic circuit system for forcibly regenerating the exhaust gas post treatment device according to the present invention includes: an engine (10) generating power; the exhaust gas post treatment device (60) purifying exhaust gas generated by the engine (10); a hydraulic pump (20) discharging hydraulic fluid by being operated by the power of the engine; a sub pump (22) discharging sub hydraulic fluid by being driven by the power of the engine; a main control valve (30) controlled to enable the hydraulic fluid to be supplied to an actuator (40) of a working device; a relief valve (36) formed on the main control valve (30) and discharging the hydraulic fluid when pressure higher than preset pressure is applied to the hydraulic fluid; a regulator (50) controlling an angle of a wobble plate of the hydraulic pump (20) according to load pressure actuated on the actuator; and a forced regeneration control valve (70) controlled to maximize the discharge amount of the hydraulic fluid of the hydraulic pump (20) when forcibly regenerating the exhaust gas post treatment device (60) as the load pressure is not actuated on the regulator (50) and the sub hydraulic fluid is supplied to the regulator (50).
