The method for treating the chronic obstructive diseases of the lungs and the bronchial asthma in liquidators of Chornobyl disaster comprises the physiotherapy. In the morning in 1.5 hours following the breakfast, nebulizer aerosol therapy is provided, 2.5 mg of Ventolin per one inhalation, then in 3 minutes – 2 mg of Flixotide. After inhalations, low frequency ultrasonic therapy follows at 22 kHz with exposure of paravertebral fields Th1-Th7, 2 minutes each with amplitude of 2 µm. Also, the area of the 7th intrercostal is exposed from paravertebral to median axillary line, 2 minutes on the right and on the left daily. The everyday therapy is providing for the 10-day course. |
