PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make appropriate control of power supply according to fluctuation of a receiving state to a tuner, etc. SOLUTION: A control part 300 detects the receiving state on the basis of an MER measurement value from a demodulator 200, and adjusts the power supply to a circuit component of the tuner 100 according to detection results of the receiving state. The demodulator 200 is provided with a frequency derivation part 207. The frequency derivation part 207 derives a frequency of Doppler shift generated to a signal received by the tuner 100 to output the frequency to the control part 300. The control part 300 adjusts conditions for controlling power to be supplied to the circuit component in the tuner 100 on the basis of the Doppler frequency from the demodulator 200. For example, when the Doppler frequency exceeds a prescribed reference value, the number of times for adjusting power to the circuit component is increased, and when the Doppler frequency is less than the prescribed reference value, the number of times for adjusting the power to the circuit component is reduced.
