The present invention relates to a non-water supply cut branch technique using a fluid blocking device, which is a piping branch technique with which a branch pipe can be formed from a main pipe without cutting water supply by using the fluid blocking device which is capable of blocking a conduit at a predetermined position for maintenance or the like of the fluid-flowing conduit such as a water supply pipe, sewage pipe, heat piping, and an oil pipe. According to the present invention, a main pipe arrangement step, a device installation tool coupling step in which one side is coupled with the arranged main pipe and an arranged main pipe surface is coupled with a flange-formed device installation tool on the other side, a device installation step in which the fluid blocking device and a drilling machine are coupled with the device installation tool which is coupled with the main pipe, a main pipe drilling step in which the main pipe is drilled by using the drilling machine, device installation tool closing step in which the fluid blocking device is operated in a state where a cutter of the drilling machine returns so as to close the device installation tool, a branch pipe connection step, a water passage step in which the closed device installation tool is opened, and a fluid blocking device removal step are performed in order. According to the present invention, the branch pipe can be disposed without using a valve when compared to a branch pipe installation technique using′non-water supply cut drilling of the related art. Since the drilling valve is not required, a valve chamber does not have to be disposed. In addition, the present invention is less difficult compared to a branch pipe installation technique of the related art using a fluid blocking technique. Also, spatial limitations are relatively low and the branch pipe can be disposed at a relatively lower cost and shorter period of time. |
