The utility model relates to an antibacterial textile fabric which possesses self-cleaning and antifungal protection properties and has an application in the textile industry for the manufacture of clothing, functional underwear, sleepwear, decorative objects, interior textile, medical technical devices for the household, hospital facilities, and hotels. The textile fabric, treated with nano-silver ions, nano-titanium dioxide, and microcapsules of an oil extract of aloe vera, has a minimum of a 99% antibacterial effect, i.e. it removes 99.01 % of the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and 99.26% of the bacteria Escherichia coli, it eliminates unpleasant odors and has self-cleaning properties, which are preserved even after 20 washes under household conditions. The fabric has exceptional strength, softness, elasticity, and color fastness. The content of silver ion in the textile fabric is from 73 to 88 mg/kg, with the additional presence of nano-titanium dioxide with a size of 5-20 nm, in a quantity of 0.3 to 2.0 % of the weight of the textile fabric, and the oil extract of aloe vera is in the form of microcapsules with a size of 3 to 12.5 microns, amounting to 0.5 to 3.0 % of the weight of the textile material, spread evenly on the entire textile fabric, on both surfaces, as well as in depth. The binding agent constitutes a polyacrylic water dispersion in a quantity of 1.0 to 3.0 % of the weight of the textile material. 5 claims |
