摘要 The utility model relates to an installation for thermochemical carbonization and gasification of biomass, which consist of a carbonizing reactor (1), connected in its upper part to a receiver tank (2), in which is stored wet and/or dry biomass. The carbonizing reactor (1) is connected to a cooling container (9), often called a buffer container for temporary storage of the resulting energy carrier. The cooling container (9) is connected to a gasification reactor (16). The carbonizing reactor (1), cooling container (9), and the gasification reactor (16) are connected directly and/or indirectly by pipelines (28 and 30), with a tank for storage of reaction gas (21), obtained as a result of the undergone processes in the carbonizing (1) and the gasification reactor (16). The carbonizing reactor (1) and the gasification reactor (16) are connected directly by a pipeline (31). The gasification reactor (16) is connected by a pipeline (34) to a processing device (36) on the one hand, and on the other – with a different energy consumers (48). The carbonizing reactor (1) is coated with a heating element (4), and the cooling container (9), the gasification reactor (16) and the tank for storage of the reaction gas (21) are coated with cooling jackets (51 and 52). The carbonizing reactor (1) and the cooling container (9), in their upper and lower parts, are equipped with devices (13) for opening and closing, providing full insulation of the system. The gasification reactor (16) is also connected to treatment facilities (18, 20). The gasification reactor (16) is covered by an outer shell (66), under which is positioned the gas section (67). It consists of three areas: a gas head (61), middle gas section (62), and gas bottom (63). On top of the gas head (61), a feeding opening (64) is created. The gas head (61) is in the shape of an inverted cone, which will be called cone-shaped. The bottom (63) of the gasification reactor (16) is expanded toward the exit. Openings (68) are created on it, with the purpose of releasing the reaction gas and the ash. On the cone-shaped wall (69), inside of the gasification reactor (16), between the outer and inner wall, an annular opening (70) is created. 4 claims, 4 figures
