The present invention relates to a sludge cohesion, condensation, and screw press dehydration system which allows a floc formed by the cohesion of a sludge to smoothly flow and maximizes a condensation dehydration effect through a rotation drum disposed on a rear side of a stirring device. The system comprises a stirring device including a cohesion and flocculation bath having a hollow rectangular body, a first rotation shaft vertically disposed at the center of the cohesion and flocculation bath, a plurality of paddles vertically coupled to the first rotation shaft, a first driving means coupled to an upper surface of the cohesion and flocculation bath to rotate the first rotation shaft, a sludge supply tube of which one end is coupled to a lower surface of the cohesion and flocculation bath and supplying sludge to the cohesion and flocculation bath, and a coagulant supply tube of which one end is coupled to the sludge supply tube and supplying an coagulant; and a drum condensation device including a case sharing one side wall with the cohesion and flocculation bath and formed in a state in which an upper portion of the one side wall is removed, wherein a second rotation shaft is supported by both side walls of the case to be rotatable through a bearing to rotate a hollow drum disposed such that an outer circumference surface is directed toward the cohesion and flocculation bath and formed with a plurality of holes, a second driving means is coupled to an outer wall of the case to rotate the second rotation shaft, a drain discharge tube of which one end is coupled to a lower surface of the case discharges a drain passing through the holes of the drum, and a concentration sludge outlet formed on a lower portion of a rear side of the drum of the case. |
