The present invention relates to a bid estimation method using the generation period of expected prices, and more specifically, to a server which is connected to a terminal via a wired or wireless network and provides expected price assessment rate prediction information. The server which is connected to a terminal via a wired or wireless network and provides expected price assessment rate prediction information according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a database storing past auction result information; a comprehensive analysis module which comprehends past expected price assessment rate generation period information and at least one of the past expected price assessment rate prediction information or past company assessment rate prediction information; and a prediction information generation module which extracts customized auction sample information and uses the past expected price assessment rate generation period information and at least the one of the past expected price assessment rate prediction information or past company assessment rate prediction information to generate the expected price assessment rate prediction information corresponding to the customized auction sample information. |
