A conducting plate (8) is arranged to cover whole or part of interconnection elements (5, 6) for passage of electric current in the device. The conducting plate is electrically isolated by an air layer from the interconnection elements, where the conducting plate includes a metal layer of copper or aluminum. The power module and the direct current coupling capacitor are connected with each other by the interconnection elements.
