The device has a graduated tape-measure with a case (1) provided with a pointed or round thinned rear end (2) and a front end (3). The case receives a graduated metallic measurement ribbon unrollable and enroulable by an internal retraction spring of a reading zone (6). The measurement ribbon includes a pointed or round thinned front end (4) crimped and fixed with the ribbon. The device has a pointed or round thinned form in its front and back sides so as to allow the measurement between two angles. The ribbon has a starting graduation identical to length of the device in a closed position.
