Provided is a terminal manufacturing apparatus that sends press-molded chain terminals for laser welding in a subsequent step without taking up the chain terminals, and improves welding quality and manufacturing speed. The terminal manufacturing apparatus (1) is provided with, from an upstream side, an unwinding roll (10), a press (20), a laser welding machine (30), a laser machining inspection machine (40), a take-up roll (50), and a control device (60) that controls the operation of the unwinding roll, press, laser welding machine, laser machining inspection machine, and take-up roll. The terminal manufacturing apparatus (1) implements press molding and the subsequent step (i.e., laser welding) as a series of steps. |
