PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disintegrator and a tablet containing this disintegrator which can improve disintegratability of the tablet after ingestion.SOLUTION: A disintegrator according to the invention contains a dietary fiber derived from soybeans. The disintegrator becomes easy to absorb moisture promptly to cause cubical expansion by containing a dietary fiber derived from soybeans as a disintegrator. Thereby, the moisture becomes easy to penetrate into the tablet because the whole tablet expands and voids are generate in the tablet. As a result, the disintegratability of the tablet after ingestion can be improved.
