PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a displacement absorbing quantity which a telescopic flexible pipe originally has, for land subsidence or earthquake resistance.SOLUTION: A conduit connecting device comprises: a first telescopic flexible pipe 11; a second telescopic flexible pipe 21; and a connecting pipe 31 for connecting the first telescopic flexible pipe 11 and the second telescopic flexible pipe 21. A pipe axis of the first telescopic flexible pipe 11 and a pipe axis of the second telescopic flexible pipe 21 have a deviation from each other, and the connecting pipe 31 connects the first telescopic flexible pipe 11 and the second telescopic flexible pipe 21 in the state that the pipe axis of the connecting pipe 31 is tilted with respect to the pipe axis of the first telescopic flexible pipe 11 and the pipe axis of the second telescopic flexible pipes 21. End pipes 14 and 24 of the first and the second telescopic flexible pipes 11 and 21 and the connecting pipe 31 are joined by welding ends with each other by obliquely cutting end surfaces. |
