PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a steep start-up cam mechanism without increasing the size of a shape. ! SOLUTION: One cam and a symmetrical cam made in line symmetry with the one cam (plane symmetry when the cam is assumed as solid) are faced to each other and rotated in opposite directions to each other; cam followers are arranged to contact with corresponding positions of the cams; and side pressures attained by each of the cams are cancelled to each other to cause only a force acting against a load applying direction to be left. Side pressures acting in opposite directions are applied to the cam followers at a contact point between each of the cams and these side pressures are cancelled to each other to cause only a force in a load direction to be left and the cam followers do not generate any deflection and permanent deformation to enable a steep start-up cam mechanism to be realized. !
