The present invention relates to an automatic vinyl winding device using a paper tube guide plate, and more particularly, to an automatic vinyl winding device using a paper tube guide plate which guides a path along which support protrusions supporting paper tubes by a means of a paper tube guide plate having a curved portion on which vinyl is wound and a round portion formed after the discharging of the paper tubes, wherein a rotary drum rotates on the curved portion, while the vinyl is being interposed between the paper tube on which the vinyl is wound and the rotating paper tube on which the vinyl is not wound, thus generating a frictional force to conduct the winding of the vinyl, and after the winding is finished, a tooth rotary plate rotates to wind the vinyl on the paper tube just rotating, so that the vinyl can be wound without stopping. Further, air is injected to the paper tube on which the vinyl is wound, thus improving the contact force between the paper tube and the vinyl, and the revolutions of the rotary drum rotating at the same speed irrespective of the winding vinyl are counted to calculate the length of the vinyl wound on the paper tube, thus winding the vinyl on the paper tube to an accurate length. |
