PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide modulators of cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to modulators of cystic fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator ("CFTR"), compositions thereof, and methods therewith. The present invention also relates to methods of treating CFTR-mediated diseases using such modulators. It has now been found that compounds of this invention and pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof are useful as modulators of CFTR activity. The compounds of this invention have chemical formula I or II described in the specification, or are pharmaceutically acceptable salts, wherein R, ring A, R, R, Z, and q are described below. |
